Blog Hop: Interview with the boys from Against All Odds, Undone and Beloved

Today we are sitting down the three very sexy, funny, and charming men from three fantastic novels. Cooper from Against All Odds by Angie McKeon , Luke Brody from Undone by R.E. Hunter, and Jackson Cole from Beloved by Corinne Michaels.

Three Chicks – Hi, boys! Welcome. We’re excited you were all able to join us today.

Cooper: Hey! Thanks for having me.

Luke: Thanks for having us.

Jackson: Happy to be here.

Three Chicks – Okay, let’s get started. The first time you saw your lovely lady what went through your head?

Jackson - The first time I saw Catherine I’m pretty sure my mind went blank. Plus there was the fact of how we met *chuckles*, it wasn’t a big romantic scene or anything. But once I got my brain functioning again all I could think was holy fuck.

Luke – A lot of thoughts I shouldn’t be putting down in writing. Then just a big “Fuck me,” because I knew I was in trouble.

Cooper – First thought… she was an angel sent by God. So fucking beautiful. I wanted her and I wanted her bad. I knew the moment my eyes landed on Kylie that she was my girl.

Three Chicks - Give us one word that best describes your woman.

Cooper – Wild. *laughs*

Luke - Beautiful

Jackson - Sexy

Three Chicks – Interesting word choices. Okay, next question, what’s number one on your bucket list?

Luke – I spent so much time in school and working. I want to travel more.

Jackson - There’s not much I haven’t done or places I haven’t been to while I was active duty, but I want to go to Australia.

Cooper – Most of my bucket list items have my wife in them. She’s my life, so I think I’d like to take my girl to Paris. That’s something we haven’t done yet. Kylie’s real big on the romantic shit and I’m pretty sure the payoff for a trip like that would make me one hell of a happy man.

Three Chicks - What one feature do you think women find most attractive about you?

Jackson - Seriously? How do any of us answer this without looking like a douche? *laughs* I think you might want to ask our ladies this one, but if I have to answer I would say I’ve been told my eyes.

Cooper - **chuckles** I have no idea. My wife says the eyes.

Luke – Ha! I’m with Jackson.  My girl says my eyes. I’d choose a different feature ;)

Three Chicks - If someone is going to pick up a book why should they choose your story?

Cooper – Kylie and I have been through some really hard times. We’ve made a mountain of poor and destructive choices. The open marriage hurt us in ways that would seem impossible to recover from, but they’re not. We managed to find each other and worked through our issues. It hasn’t been pretty, but I think there are good life lessons in our book. Things that might bring people some hope.

Luke – It’s not perfect but it’s ours, and I’m pretty partial to it. *his mouth lifts in a grin* And I find myself pretty entertaining!

Jackson-  Because it’s real. Also I’m a funny guy *winks*.  I think all three of us have something special in our stories.

Three Chicks - If you could be a superhero which would you be and why?

Luke – Batman. He doesn’t need super powers. He’s just a badass.

Jackson - Captain America. All day. Everyday.

Cooper – What kind of question is this? *chuckles* I guess I’d be Superman. Seeing as my dick has super human strength.

Three Chicks - What song reminds you most of Kylie, Embry, and Catherine?

Cooper – When I hear “Honey Bee” by Blake Shelton I think of my girl. She’s the perfect complement to every area of my life.

Luke - My Funny Valentine. Every time…

Jackson - Whenever I hear “Human” I always think of her.

Three Chicks - Last but not least….we’ve gotta know….hood of a car or elevator?

Luke  I’d love to get Embry on the hood of my truck.

Cooper – Hood of a car without a doubt. I like to see my girl’s legs spread out before me. There’s something about having her at my mercy that makes me feel like I can take on the world.

Jackson - Elevator. There’s something about being in an enclosed space thats fucking hot.

Against All Odds by Angie McKeon

Blurb:

Our lives shattered... Our hearts broken... Our souls torn to pieces...

He was my world, my whole life. My reason for breathing. I had a perfect marriage, a baby on the way, and I felt fulfilled—almost invincible.

Until the day life hit, leaving me broken, vulnerable, and alone.

She was my life. My ray of hope on the cloudiest day. With her, I thought I had the ultimate safety. A love that would never hurt or betray me. I gave her my heart, my body, and my soul.

Until she broke me, destroying every dream and illusion I had about life, love, and marriage.

In our grief, we made a mistake. A mistake I'm not sure we can come back from.

Author Info:

A multi-tasker from birth—and now proudly able to add 'writer' to my resume—I'm a mother, wife and blogger. I love to read, write and drink copious amounts of iced coffee.

All three aforementioned addictions are detrimental to my sanity.

I have a voracious appetite for dark, painful and twisted reads. I'm enamored with the concept of love and heart break. I believe life is a journey, a tale in its own for each of us. The road to happiness is sometimes paved with stones from hell, or glitters of satisfaction graced from the heavens above.

In my upcoming debut novel, 'Against All Odds,' I strive to make you feel. I believe any emotion—whether painful or happy—is good. To me, the key to living is to go through life feeling its ups and downs. Love is dark and it can be painful but, at the end of the day, it can save the most lost of souls and the most broken of hearts

Undone by R.E. Hunter

Blurb:

Five years ago, Embry Jacobs ran...

She ran from a past that still hasn’t let her go, but her dream of becoming a lawyer is stronger than her fear of confronting that past. Embry’s sole focus is to get through law school—with the help of her best friend, Morgan—and make something of the broken girl she became. Not thinking about falling in love, being in a relationship or even entertaining the idea of romance, Embry is moving forward one day at a time.

Luke Brody is charming and sexy, and has a past of his own. He wants nothing more than to put his demons to rest and move on with his life. But, when Embry enters the picture, is he destined to repeat those same mistakes?

Blindsided by their instant attraction, neither Luke nor Embry are prepared for the feelings they’re developing. But will it all be for nothing?

Will they let their pasts destroy them, or will they risk everything to fight for their relationship when it all comes undone?
