Even a Master needs a savior...or two.
Successful engineering executive, Jack Rothman thought he was finally free to be the Dom he was meant to become. His submissives, Rory Campbell and Spencer Hartley are soon to be married, and his place as their Dominant is unshakable. Then Jack loses the one thing a Dom requires…control over his life.
Rory can’t wait to get married, but she can’t marry both of her men—not in the eyes of the law or her overbearing, critical parents. She must find the courage to tell her parents the truth about her poly relationship, despite the sudden absence of her Dominant’s strength. If she wants the happily-ever-after wedding she’s always dreamed of, she’ll have to learn to fight for it on her own.
Spencer knows that lies are a poison that destroys from within. Now that he’s come to terms with his bisexuality he’s ready to settle down with the woman he loves and the man he can’t live without. Only the future that seemed so bright is in danger of being swept out of his hands. He’s watching his fiancée fall apart, his Dom fade away and there’s nothing he can do about it…or is there?

Swept is the follow up stand alone to Polished. It can technically be read as a stand alone
but I definitely recommend reading Polished first. It will help to understand the background of
these characters.
Polished is one of my favorite ménage books. When I read a ménage, for me what makes it a
great book is when all three members of the trio are all willing partners. What I mean by that is there are some books I
felt that one of the characters felt left out or wasn’t 100% sure that they
were ok with it. But Polished is not
like that at all and that is what I loved.
The connection between the characters is what made this story fantastic.
Just to give a little background story for those who have
not read Polished. Rory and Spencer are
in love and plan on getting married.
They are so adorably cute together.
They are best friends and lover sand you can see that. They share everything and even these little moments
that just melt your heart. They are just
so in sync and so perfect together. The
chemistry and connection is there but there is something missing for Spencer
and that is his desire to be with a man.
Now Rory loves Spencer enough to let him indulge a little. But when they meet Jack Rothmann they realize
that they were both missing something.
Jack is able to give them both what they needed, that neither could
provide for each other. And that is how
this trio came to be.
Swept is the follow up to their love story. Rory and Spencer are still planning on
getting married but Jack will also be a part of them as well. Jack is a Dom and is now Rory and Spencer’s
master. While a part of Spencer felt the
need to be with a man, Rory realized that always being in control in her life
she needed some sort of dominance in the bedroom. And what she needs is not something that Spencer can
give her. But the three of them together
are so connected, so in tune with each other and just so amazing together. Never once did I ever feel that anyone was
left out or felt out of place. They all
loved each other equally and when they were together, my god was it hot!!!
In Swept, we see both Rory and Jack having issues that they
have to deal with and Spencer trying to hold his family together. With their upcoming nuptials, Rory has to tell
her parents the truth about who Jack really is.
He isn’t just an experiment for her and Spencer. He is a part of them. And Jack has issues that he is facing with
his business which causes him to loose focus when it comes to his
relationship. While spencer is trying to
understand what is going on he is also trying to keep them together. He feels like he is losing Jack which in turn
also affects Rory and he will not let that happen. Will they be able to work through their
troubles?
As I mentioned earlier the connection between these three
characters is the type of connection that you just feel so deeply about. They just clicked. There is really no other way to explain it
honestly. They were each others best
friends, lovers and their world. Rory
and Spencer were soul mates but together with Jack they feel complete and
whole. It is really a beautiful love
story that I really enjoyed so much. I
had no idea that Ms. Turner was writing a follow up to their story but I when I
found out I could not have been more excited.
Swept is the story of three people trying to hold onto their love. It is not easy to live their life so
differently from others, especially without being judged. And not just by people they don’t know but
by family as well. There are struggles, but these three love each so deeply that you know they will work it all
out. This is a very sweet and sexy
read. Trust me when I say that Alyssa
Turner knows how to write very HOT and very Sexy BDSM scenes between two males
and one female. Have a fan ready because
you will need it. Absolutley loved this
one and so happy that we got to see more of them.
