Release Blitz and Review: Say You Want Me by Corinne Michaels

sywm_anad

There’s no way I’ll fall for Wyatt Hennington.

He can keep his Southern drawl, irresistible smile, and those pick-up lines all to himself. I made the mistake of sleeping with him not once, but twice. I’m not stupid enough to give him round three, especially after he left me in the middle of the night so I could see myself out. I vow to return to Philadelphia and forget him.

It proves easier said than done.

When the doctor informs me I’m the winner of door prize number two, I put my life on hold and head back to Bell Buckle. Three months and if we can’t make this work, I’m gone.

The problem is—when the cards are stacked against us, and I can’t bring myself to leave him, I’ll finally know if he truly loves me or if all my fears were real . . .

Review by Lisa Kane

Angie Benson is Presley Townsend Benson's sister in law from Say You'll Stay. Her brother was Todd, Presley's late husband. We met her in Say You'll Stay when she came to Bell Buckle to spend time with Presley and the kids and to get to know Zach Hennington, Presley's fiance. Zach's brother Wyatt and she hit it off and have some steamy memories from that trip.

"I'm sorry to hear that you're goin' through this."

Angie is back in Bell Buckle to spend time with her family. She hasn't seen Wyatt since he left her at the crack of dawn after their night together.  This leads to one awkward conversation. Now what will happen? Angie commits to spending three months in this town and then she will see what the future brings.

Is Wyatt still hung up on Presley? If Angie hadn't come back, would Wyatt ever have contacted her?

"I don't know what I would feel. I liked you a long time ago, but we had separate lives, Ang."

Sometimes people are stubborn and set in their ways. Maybe these two may not have found their way to each other, but fate has other things in store for them.

The truth is...I like him. He's a good guy. Which is a bad thing for me.

Good things and heartbreaking things. How strong is the foundation they are building? Is it strong enough to withstand the earthquake that is going to shake their very souls? Unconventional beginnings can often lead to sweet endings with couples, even if  their happily ever after isn't obvious to them at the time.

"Because I like you. You're not like the other girls I've been with. You're smart, funny and you know you're beautiful."

There is another story coming our way. The third Hennington brother, Trent has been giving Presley's friend Grace a hard time for years. He plays with her heart and then always walks away.

Trent and Grace dated for a while, but he's an ass. Trent won't commit to her, so he strings her along and then breaks thing off once he's had his fill. Presley has done her best to get Grace to let him go, but her heart is always with him.

But now Cooper, Presley's brother is throwing his hat in the ring. I think it's about time Trent is the one to feel insecure. He's either got to step up to the plate or lose the girl. Now that one sounds like an angst fest-sign me up!

"Fight for what we could've been."
