McKenzie is a 25 y/o hard-working female in the corporate
world. She knows not to pull a CLM
“career-limiting move” by getting sexually or romantically involved with
anybody she closely works with. Her
place of work has a code of ethics which means no tolerance for in-house
romances.
McKenzie is in somewhat of a relationship with Paul. He is comfortable, available when she needs
him, and is a friend of her brother.
McKenzie doesn’t see a future with him and harbors no feelings of love
for him.
Beckett is a corporate mogul with a family backstory that
causes him pain to revisit. He and
McKenzie literally run into each other in the lobby of her workplace and
without knowing who each other an intense spark is felt between the two. Imagine their surprise when at the board
