Blog Tour: Full Disclosure by Kindle Alexander

Synopsis
Deputy United States Marshal Mitch Knox apprehends fugitives for a living. His calm, cool, collected attitude and devastatingly handsome good looks earn him a well-deserved bad boy reputation, both in the field and out. While away on an assignment, he blows off some steam at a notorious Dallas nightclub. Solving the case that has plagued him for months takes a sudden backseat to finding out all there is to know about the gorgeous, shy blond sitting alone at the bar.

Texas State Trooper Cody Turner is moving up the ranks, well on his way to his dream of being a Texas Ranger. While on a two-week mandatory vacation, he plans to relax and help out on his family’s farm. Mitch is the last distraction Cody needs, but the tatted up temptation that walks into the bar and steals his baseball cap is too hard to ignore.

As Mitch’s case gains nationwide attention, how will he convince the sexy state trooper that giving him a chance won’t jeopardize his life’s plan...especially when the evil he’s tracking brings the hate directly to his doorstep, threatening more than just their careers.

4 Star Review by Jen Skewes

We first met Mitch in Double Full when he started working on a case that involved Jace and Colt.    Mitch'ss father had become friends with the couple and Mitch being the amazing man that he is, was more than willing to help out.  Full Disclosure picks up where we left off.  Mitch is still no closer to finding the person behind the hate crimes that seem to be taking place.  He has no leads and the authorirites aren’t really interested in the case.  This is a case that Mithc takes to heart, being gay himself.  These crimes of late are hates crimes that are against gay men who have recently been in the media.  He is determined to solve the mystery.

Mitch takes a break and finds himself n Dallas staying with Jace and Colt. They all decide to go out one night to a gay nightclub for some fun. Mitch could use a fun night and hot sex with another man wouldn't be so bad either.    When he gets to the club he sets his eyes on a very sexy, baseball cap wearing Cody.  There is something about him that he is instantly attracted too.  Cody is gay but at first sight seems a little reserved.  Mitch has no problem taking the lead.  He wants Cody and has no issues with letting him know just that.  There is certainly a connection between them that they both feel while out on the acne floor.  When they about to take things further their moment in the parking lot is interrupted because of a phone call.   Mitch has to leave to go work on another case finds himself having to say goodbye a little earlier than he wanted to.  But he promises that they will finish what they started.

Cody is a Texas state trooper who was just promoted to Texas Ranger, a job that he has been dreaming of.  He has two weeks of vacation before he starts his new job and he plans on taking advantage of that time.  He makes his way to a nightclub one night and meets Mitch Knox.  He cannot deny the attraction that he feels to the man.  And while he is openly gay he was also a little more reserved when it comes to public affection.  Mitch is a very attractive and very sexy man.  He is attracted to him in every way, but he also knows that he is way out of his league.  Nothing good can come from being with the sexy US Marshal..

Mitch and Cody just met but neither one of them can seem to get the other out of their head.  Using his resources Mitch gets in touch with Cody. He wants more of him.  He needs to see him to explore the feelings that he has inside whenever he thinks of him.  Cody has his reservations when it comes to Mitch. But despite those reservations about being with Mitch he finds himself flying to DC to be with him.   Cody feels a certain ease and comfort with Mitch.  He finds himself doing things with Mitch that he has never done before . He likes being with him, and not to mention that the sex is completely off the charts.  But with the both of them living in different states, and Mitch’s high profile case that he is working on, how is anything supposed to work between them?

Cody and Mitch were so hot and perfect together.  I think they both complimented each other so well.  Mitch seemed like this tough alpha male but then would completely surprise you with the way he opened himself up to Cody.  He held nothing back and no matter what you knew what Mitch was thinking.  Cody on the other hand took control when needed in a very hot way I must add.  But his feelings were a little harder for him to express.  He was the sweet yet sexy cowboy.  This seemed new to him and he was still trying to work it all out.  His body was telling him one thing while his brain said something else.

Full disclosure is a great love story between two men but a lot of the story, especially in the beginning, involved the case that Mitch has been working on.  For me personally the beginning was a little slower than I would have liked and would loved to have seen more of Mitch and Cody. Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed the story line and I loved the suspense.  I loved the mystery of not knowing who was committing the crimes.  But I wanted more of Cody and Mitch.  I loved that we still got to see a little bit of Jace and Colt.  And I loved Mitch’s best friend Kreed.   You felt the connection between Mitch and Cody.  They were hot and sexy together but also sweet.   I always look forward to Kindle Alexander's books and I cannot wait for the next one.

Mitch’s Mom’s Best Ever Sourdough and Apple Stuffing

Ingredients
1 1 1/2-pound loaf sourdough bread, crusts removed, bread cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 13 cups)
2 pounds bulk pork breakfast sausage
2 large onions, chopped (about 4 generous cups)
2 cups chopped celery (about 5 stalks)
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, divided
6 cups 1/2-inch cubes peeled Granny Smith apples (about 28 ounces)
3/4 cup golden raisins (about 4 ounces)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
2 1/2 cups low-salt chicken broth
3 large eggs
Preparation
Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F. Spread bread cubes in single layer on large rimmed baking sheet. Bake until pale golden, stirring occasionally, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer bread to very large bowl.
Sautésausage in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, breaking up into small pieces with back of fork, 8 to 10 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer sausage to bowl with bread cubes. Add onions and celery to drippings in skillet; sautéuntil golden brown, about 12 minutes. Transfer to bowl with bread-sausage mixture (do not clean skillet).
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in same skillet over medium-high heat. Add apples; sauté until tender, about 10 minutes. Add to bowl with bread mixture; mix in raisins.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in same skillet over low heat. Add 2 tablespoons sage; stir 30 seconds. Add sage butter to bowl with bread-sausage mixture; toss to blend. Season stuffing with salt and freshly ground black pepper. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.
Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F. Generously butter 15 x 10 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Whisk broth and eggs in medium bowl; add to stuffing and toss to mix. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake stuffing uncovered until top is golden and crisp in spots, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes and serve.

MeetTheAuthor
Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It's always a surprise to see what's coming next!

I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it's true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women's hair!

Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal... I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.

I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.

That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.

Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.

Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.
