Review: He + She by Michelle Warren
HE is trying to piece together his broken life.
SHE is running away from her wedding day.
TOGETHER, their world is a beautiful lie.
APART, their world is a perfect mess.
He + She is a free-spirited romance about soul-awakening second chances, heartbreak, and hopeful beginnings.
4.5 Wonderful Stars
Review by Allison East
He+She is a great story with so many twists and turns I never knew what was going to happen next. It reminded me a little of ten tiny breaths somewhat. It was very well written, so it always kept me guessing.
Shea has total optimism throughout the whole story and it gave me such hope for her when sometimes she seemed sad.
Hew- the hero, was much the same way, although I just knew something was going on with him as well. A pain in his past that clouded what was going on in the present.
And it always seemed like they were bumping into each other, like it was fate, they were being brought together.
Their dark pasts defined the characters, and when all is revealed it makes perfect sense.
There were things that left me super surprised! There were steamy moments, moments of angst- I think I experienced every emotion in this book that I could have.
This has been one of the better NA novels I've read this year- and although is started out a bit slow for me, it ends with a bang!
I would definitely read more from Michelle, I can't wait to see what else she has in store for her readers.
