Blog Tour: Love Sincerely Yours by Meghan Quinn and Sara Ney

Dear Mister...**strike out** no, too formal.

Hey there sweet cheeks *strike out* no, too forward.

To whom it may concern,

Full disclosure; before we move forward with this email, I would like it to be known that I have consumed an adequate amount of alcoholic beverages to intoxicate myself tonight. Three margaritas, two shots, and one beer—because it was free.

I think it’s important to be open and honest with your co-workers, don’t you?

So here I am, being honest. Drunk but honest. Or just drunk with lust? You decide.

I like you so much it’s clouding my judgment and making me do things I never would sober. Like write this letter.

I have a hopeless, foolish, schoolgirl crush on you when you are the last person on earth I should be falling for. Did you know people around the office call you a sadist? An egomaniac. An insensitive, arrogant prick. Your bark is worse then your bite, and you don’t scare me. The fact is, I’d love that bite of yours to nip at my bare skin while we’re both wearing nothing but sheets.

For once I want you to look at me as more than one of your employees.

And as long as we're being honest, that navy blue suit you wear? With the crisp white shirt? It really makes me want to loosen your tie and show you who’s boss.

Love,

Sincerely,

Yours.

Review by Jen Skewes

I have read Meghan Quinn’s books prior to reading Love, Sincerely Yours but this is my first time reading anything written by Sara Ney. I have to say that these two authors are a fantastic writing duo.  This book is fun and sexy, the fun part not being too over the top.  I loved it!!

Peyton has just given her two weeks-notice to her boss who isn’t the greatest boss when it comes to personality.  She loves her job and will miss working there, but she is moving on to do her own thing.  Her boss, Rome is young and sexy but so uptight.  He is all business and no play.  While she is out with her girlfriend’s getting drink for her birthday, to everyone’s surprise she confesses her attraction towards Rome and what she would do with him if given the chance.  That little confession and a lot of alcohol leads to a very inappropriate and very anonymous email being sent to Rome.

When Rome gets the email, he is completely shocked at the behavior of one of his employees.  While Rome wants to find out who sent it to him, so he can fire them, his best friend Hunter tells him to lighten up and have a little fun with it.  What starts out as an inappropriate email turns into back and forth emails between Rome and Peyton that turn very flirty.  Rome has no idea who sent this email, but he knows that whoever wrote it, is bringing out something in him that not many people can do.  See, Rome doesn’t flirt, he doesn’t go out on dates, or out at all for that matter.  His company it his life and to be honest, saying he is uptight is a complete understatement.  But these emails bring out a lighter side to him.  When he finds out who sent it, he is shocked but at the same time I think it makes him happy.  He has never noticed his employees, has no idea who most of them are, but recently he has noticed Peyton. She is beautiful, smart and add in the fact that she wants him, it sounds like a win.  Ah but it is not that easy.  You will have to read the book to find out more.  Because my lips are sealed.

I loved Rome!!  I loved seeing this uptight man become flirty and sext and fall for someone when he least expected to.  He made me laugh and the chemistry between him and Peyton was perfect.  If anyone can make Rome loosen his tie and lighten up, it is Peyton!!

Love, Sincerely Yours is a fun, light and sext read that is in a way an enemies to lovers story. Because these two certainly were not friends to begin with.  I loved the back and forth banter, the connection they formed and the supporting characters.  I really hope that Hunter gets a book next because I loved him as well.  Looking forward to what comes next from this duo.

I open the company messenger app on my phone and scroll through the executive names, knowing full well I’m about to break a policy. It’s the company’s phone, and the company’s app, and I’m about to use it for personal use. To flirt.

With my boss.

I close my eyes, find his name—next to it is a little, green dot, which means. . .

He’s on the app.

I’ve never talked to him live before so this is a huge step, but then again, it might be more fun to get his initial reactions to my comments.

Debating it for all but two seconds, I type out a message to him, making sure I’m signed on under my LSY persona.

HandsRomingMyBody: Hey you.

My text turns into a new message on the app and I wait on bated breath to see if he will respond. Nerves prickle up my spine, my fingers feeling numb, my mind playing mutiny with my heart just as little dots appear letting me know he’s typing.

Oh God, I don’t think I’ve been more excited.

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if “It’s Raining Men” starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.

Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing… enter her first novel, Caught Looking.

Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
