Any time that Ms Hunting revisits the crazy cast of characters from the Pucked series I know I will love it! This one centers around Randy and Lily. Randy is getting ready to hit the ice again and he's feeling a little strange about things. He's madly in love with Lily and would never want to do anything to screw things up but he knows being on the road for long stretches of time won't be easy. 

And while I'm committed to remaining faithful on the road, I have no idea how Lily's going to handle my being away. I've watched more than one of my teammates' relationships implode over the years. I don't want the same thing to happen to us.

On top of his own insecurities his washed up, alcoholic father keeps bugging him, planting doubts about him in his head. 

"He's a fucking trainwreck. He comes into my house, eats my food, drinks all my beer, and breaks shit. It happens every damn time."

But first the gang is getting together for a weekend in a cabin where there will no doubt be plenty of shenigans and lots of sex! Even Sunny and Miller are getting it on and she's about to pop that baby in a few weeks. Alex and Vi are newlyweds and Vi is still certifably nuts. But Alex wouldn't want it any other way. I'm still not sure what's going on between Darren and Charlene. They can start a world war over a bag of Doritos and bad breath. I'm hoping their story is coming up soon. 

"I hope they're not gonna fight all weekend."
"I don't know that they fight." She kisses my bicep.
"What do you call that?" I incline my head in their direction.
"I think it's a game, like cat and mouse. I just can't figure out who's the cat and who's the mouse."

Pucked Under is full of what we've come to expect from this series-lots of laughs and sex and hilarious banter. I can't believe I'm going to put this down on paper, but I do wish there had been a little less sex between Randy and Lily. I get it-they do it all day, every day. I just enjoy reading about them not having sex a little more. 

"You're one-hundred-percent real, and you're all mine."
