Claire Daniels is good at a lot of things, but
dating isn't one of them. Although she enjoys men of all different shapes,
colors, and sizes, she has one requirement: they must have a job on her
approved-occupation list. It has to be safe, so they can come home every night,
which means no cops, pilots, doctors, ranchers, and absolutely no
firefighters.

She’s kept to her rules thus far—as long as
you ignore the tiny crush she has on Trevor Allen, a crush that cannot move
toward anything physical because Trevor is a firefighter and a rancher.
Not to mention, he’s four years younger than she is and the brother of her two
best friends.

Still, it sure would be nice to have him put
out her fire.
out her fire.
Trevor Allen also has a few rules when it
comes to Claire Daniels: no staring, flirting, smokin’ hot fantasies, or
touching of any kind. He's been lusting after Claire his whole life, but with a
steady stream of willing women and two demanding jobs to hold his attention,
he's somehow managed to keep his hands off her.

Until they end up in a bathroom together—a
small bathroom with very little room to move, leaving him pressed against
Claire’s lush curves. What's he supposed to do when she looks up at him with
those big, green doe eyes and licks her lips? The only thing he can do: kiss
the hell out of her, then convince her it can’t happen again.

Too bad he can't convince himself.
Review by Jen Skewes
I am loving this series, but more than that I LOVE those Allen boys. I could not wait for Trevor's story and Ms. Grayson did not disappoint. I loved his and Claire's story.
Claire and Trevor have known each other since they were kids. Claire is best friends with his twin brother's Rhett and Coop. He has been in love with her for as long as he can remember. But there are so many reasons why he stayed away. For one she is a four years older than him and he has been warned by his brothers. While he would never intentionally hurt Claire, his brother's would kill him if he pursued anything with her. But those aren't the main reasons why he has stayed away. Claire has rules about who she dates and very valid reasons for those rules. And unfortunately for him, he does not fit into her rules.
Trevor is not the only one who is hiding their feelings. Claire has had her eye on Trevor for quite some time, but being the younger brother of her best friends and a firefighter, he is off limits. But one unexpected kiss leads to all kinds of feelings. They both feel it and they both want so much more. But walking away may be the best thing for the both of them, they just need to convince themselves of that. Will they be able to walk away? Or will they give into their feelings and risk the heart and break Claire's rules in the process?
I absolutely loved this book and Trevor Allen. He is hot and sexy and while he may not be the "relationship" type when it comes to Claire he is all in. He has a reputation but I also thank that when it comes to his "rep" it may not be as it seems. He cares for Claire and never wants to see her hurt. He would do anything for him, even if it means sacrificing his own heart. He is sweet and kinds and completely swoon worthy, knowing just the right words to say. He just may be my favorite Allen.
Claire was such a lovable heroine even if her rules frustrated me just a bit. I understood them completely but I also saw how much she loved Trevor and vice versa. So I wanted to see her push those rules aside and just go for it. But they both had their reservations that I understood but also loved how it all resolved itself. Claire had some emotional moments where I just felt for her. I loved her and thought her and Trevor were just perfect together.
I loved the friendships, the family love and closeness, and that we still get to see the other characters, such as Mo and Rhett and the rest of the Allen family. Crazy Hot Love is a great story that is not too angsty but does have it's emotional moments. There is flirting, banter that I love and a sexy firefighter who is just perfect. I cannot wait to see who is next and what Ms. Grayson has in store for us.

Author Bio
K.L. Grayson resides in a small town outside of St. Louis,
MO. She is entertained daily by her
extraordinary husband, who will forever inspire every good quality she writes
in a man. Her entire life rests in the
palms of six dirty little hands, and when the day is over and those pint-sized
cherubs have been washed and tucked into bed, you can find her typing away
furiously on her computer. She has a
love for alpha-males, brownies, reading, tattoos, sunglasses, and happy
endings…and not particularly in that order.
