Review: Accidental Sex Goddess by Lexi Ryan

Accidental Sex Goddess was such an enjoyable read.  It was fun, witty, sexy and hot.  It's a great story of friends becoming lovers. This book tells the story of Reese Regan, who has recently been offered the job of her dreams at Sex Goddess Inc.  But there is a catch, Reese must enroll and complete Sex Goddesss 101.  Reese considers herself to be anything but a sex goddess.  Her best fried Ben Hawk who happens to also be ruggedly handsome, tells her to just "fake" her way through it and he will help her along the way.  That's where things may become a little complicated.

Reese and Ben have been friends for the past 6 years.  They met at a time in Ben's life when he wasn't ready for a relationship.  Reese tried more than once to be more than friends with him, but Ben just wasn't there yet.  So they decided only friends and nothing more.  But being just friends didn't stop Reese from still loving Ben.

Ben has wanted Reese for quite some time now, but there has been something that has been holding him back.  There is an undeniable attraction between the two of them.  Now that she is enrolled in Sex Goddess 101 and he has offered to help, things start to get heated.  Reese still isn't sure of  Ben's true feeling for her and wonders if him wanting her is because of her new transformation.

I love the relationship that Ben and Reese have together.  Their relationship is a fun, caring and very flirtatious one.  Ben is sexy and just simply irresistible, especially when he is flirting with Reese.  You want these two to admit their feelings and find happiness together.  But what happens when a past secret is revealed and trust is broken?  What happens when there is someone else who loves Reese?  Can two friends get through the obstacles that come between them and find happiness together?

 "Loved?" he growled.  "It's not past tense for me.  Don't you know that?  I fell in love with you six years ago, and I never stopped."

Lexi Ryan did such a wonderful job with this story.  I love the witty, sexy and funny flirting between Reese and Ben. There friendship was one that made you smile.  The secondary characters that the author created were a great addition to the story.  They were more than just background characters, they all played an important part in Reese and Ben's lives and in the story as well.  This book has it all,  laughter, happiness, a little angst and drama and very steamy sex scenes.  There is one scene that I do not want to give away, but involved a phone and a very sexy Ben that was HOT!!!  Ms Ryan definitely knows how to make a book steamy.  Overall I loved this book.  Ladies, Ben will make you swoon and you will love Reese, and the ending was simply a beautiful one.  Job well done by Lexi Ryan.  A must read.
